If you are looking for flexibility to test objects at your locations, the RPS power pack is an ideal solution. This test system provides for pressures up to 4,200 bar, while it's self-contained, convenient. The portable design makes it easy to move.
To suit individual needs, the RPS is available in two versions. The RPS-W is equipped with a direct water feed connection, while the RPS-D has an integrated reservoir that offers more flexibility in selecting the testing location, as it does not depend on the availability of a nearby water tap.

Modular design

In addition to the water feed options, this power pack test system also offers various options to register test results. The optional mechanical pressure chart recorder or a PC data acquisition and recording system are used to generate charts and clear test certificates.
In addition to its modular design, the standard RPS is available in 14 pressure ranges and different pump configurations. As the RPS power pack can process so many different test circumstances, you are bound to find a version that meets your requirements.

MaterialsAll high pressure parts that come in contact with the test medium are made from stainless steel. The seals are made of Teflon (valve), Viton (check valves) and U-PE (high pressure plunger seals).
